Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, and transactions.
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, organized, and stored securely.
- Conduct regular stock audits and generate inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
- Manage warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
