Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, clients, and visitors to and from project sites and meetings.
- Deliver and collect important documents, packages, and materials in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general maintenance of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it’s in good working condition at all times.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the management.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are documented and reported accurately.
- Follow the assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Assist in administrative tasks when needed, such as handling mail or running errands.
Qualifications:
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a professional setting.
- Good knowledge of the Los Angeles area and local traffic laws.
- Punctual, dependable, and well-organized.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Basic maintenance knowledge of vehicles is an advantage.
