Hizavi Architecture Interior Company is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless technical operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing IT support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Ensure network security, data backups, and system integrity.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, emails, and access controls.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements.
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve IT-related challenges efficiently.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and support processes for future reference.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols, troubleshooting methods, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to assist non-technical staff with IT issues.
