Hizavi Architecture Interior Company is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will implement health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of workplace safety across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Organize HSE training programs and awareness sessions for employees.
- Investigate workplace incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of safety reports, audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with management to implement continuous safety improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant HSE certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in architecture or construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
