Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
