Hizavi Architecture Interior Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and reports for easy accessibility.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Support HR and finance teams with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
